The complete system is tested prior to handover — including data migration accuracy, payment automation, dashboard reporting, staff access, form submissions and trial follow-up workflows.
This proposal does not include GoHighLevel, Class Manager, GoCardless, Zapier or other third-party subscription fees.
Integration scope depends on the functionality and API access Class Manager and GoCardless make available. Any additional custom development or API configuration beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
To get started, we'll need: access to Class Manager or a contact CSV export; access to your DNS domain records for GHL email setup; team members requiring access, with their email addresses; your branding — logo, colours and fonts; copies of the emails you'd normally send; and any documents you send to students and parents.
The build runs for 6 weeks from the agreed start date. The final 50% payment is due at the end of this 6-week period. Where completion or handover is delayed by outstanding client input, materials or approvals, the final payment remains due at the end of the original 6-week period regardless.
By signing below you accept the scope of work, terms and investment set out above. Once received, we'll invoice the 50% deposit and schedule your build.
